What cookies are
Cookies are small files that websites can store on your device to remember things — like whether you've dismissed a banner, or which page you came from. UK law (PECR and UK GDPR) requires us to be clear about what we use, and to ask before setting any cookies that aren't strictly necessary.
What we use today
At the time of writing, this website does not set any non-essential or tracking cookies. We don't currently use Google Analytics, Facebook pixels, or any third-party advertising tags. The only cookies that may exist are strictly necessary for the site to function (for example, a hosting provider session cookie). These don't need consent under UK law.
If that changes
If we add analytics, marketing, or social features in the future — for example, to understand which services people are reading about most — we'll update this page first and add a cookie banner that lets you accept or reject before any non-essential cookies are set. We won't add tracking quietly.
Controlling cookies in your browser
You can clear or block cookies through your browser settings at any time. Help pages from Chrome, Safari, and Firefox cover this in detail. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of websites working.
