L15 Smithdown is the part of Wavertree that runs along Smithdown Road from Lawrence Road down toward Mossley Hill. It's a younger demographic in many of the streets — students, young professionals, young families — but the housing is the same Edwardian and Victorian terraces as the rest of Wavertree.

Streets like Lodge Lane (the Toxteth side), Avondale Road, Cranborne Road, Equitable Street and Tiverton Street are all classic Edwardian terraces with similar subfloors. The Smithdown shopping strip — including Penny Lane Wine Bar, Belzan, and the Smithdown food + drink scene — is our patch.
